Yes, Pointe28 is now available for touring and move-ins. Contact the leasing office to schedule a tour!

$500 or 1 month’s rent (depending on screening results).

Balance of Security deposit due on or before move in day.  Form of payment must be certified funds of either money orders or certified check.  No personal checks accepted for payment at move in. 

Applicants’ combined monthly income must be 2.5 times the amount of one month’s rent.

Everyone 18 or over who will live in the apartment.

$18 per applicant, plus (1) $200 holding deposit per apartment.  

Key replacement is $15/key.  

We offer market rate apartments in this community, with a select number of “income restricted” apartments.

The dog park down the street at Atlantic Pointe is available to residents at Pointe 28. The Neptune Woods Trail is also in the neighborhood.

No charge for surface parking. Select number of enclosed garages for $200/month.

Residents have acces to the fitness center, dog park, and playground located at Atlantic Pointe.
